Linspire Linspire is a full-featured Linux distribution designed for ease of use.  Linspire features simplified Click aNd Run (CNR) installation of applications in their CNR on-line "warehouse"
MEPIS Like Knoppix, MEPIS is a Linux implementation that runs entirely form a single CD.  MEPIS adds a few more features that the average user would want, and has an easy-to-use install-to-hard-disk feature.  MEPIS runs best with 256MB or more of memory, but you can run it with less if you have a Linux swap partition.
